Unfortunately not a guarantee by any means, HDD is also extremely reliable and were likely spilling reliable tea during the ANTI era, but consistently got it wrong because Rih is unpredictable. That led us to Rih herself saying: “If it didn’t come from my mouth, it’s not true.”

I really don't think she'd release in the middle of the elections. That's like begging for it to flop and get backlash for taking attention away from it.

The ANTi era was such a mess. 

 

Of course there can still be internal shifts, but Rihanna was just caught with her choreographer. She’s working on something. You’re right that we don’t have any guarantee yet, but we at least know she is planning on putting something out.

She’s never moved before an election and she used to be the face of November elections.
