At the end of the day I don't really get comments like this tho, but I'm not a singer so...  Nobody is going to see what face someone has to make in order to hit a certain note or have a certain sound/inflection on radio or a streaming service and a newbie on Idol isn't going to be touring anytime soon so I hardly see why this matters at all lol. if it sounds good it sounds good, and imo he sounded good and clearly had a nice vocal.

So just because of some weird facial expressions and mouth odd movements you say No to an objective good performance? Katy just wants to play obnoxiously coming from someone like her. She is not even the best when it comes to facial and mouth movements while performing.
