She is about to get her 4th global recording artist award (2014,2019,2022,2023). She is already working on another one for this year. Only a few artists had multiple years on top of the recording business, such as Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson and Adele.

In album she might by Morgan or SZA or some random kpop album

Artist is her anyways locked

Midnights was already #2 on 2022 charts. So it will be bit tough

It's 1989 TV that's apparently competing for #1

I have a feeling the Top 10 singles chart is gonna be dominated by women this time.

Flowers, Anti hero, Cruel Summer, Kill Bill, Session #53 and TQG must be on the list.

Even if 1989TV doesn’t go #1 Taylor will probably have even better chances with Tortured Poets next year

Last year they dropped the artist list on Feb. 22 (a Wednesday), so I think they'll do the same this year and reveal the first chart on the 21st.

Flowers coming for the #1  :duca:

Albums: 1989 (TV)

Artists: Taylor

Songs: Flowers

Taylor won’t take #1 album, probably won’t even take top3.

those K-pop frauds in Korea sold like 5M vinyls (with their own label buying millions of them to inflate numbers, bundling with tour tickets and merch etc), plus 1989tv was released with 2 and a half month left for tracking.

but this year she should win it though. Those kpop labels are supposedly barred from buying their own stuffs now.

Lol c’mon Morgan? 80% of his units are from the US. He probably won’t even make it to #7, probably even higher then SZA.

but 1989tv is for sure not winning #1 cus of those Kpop labels buying back their own albums though.

Taylor #1 artist

Miley #1 song for Flowers

Queens breaking records 17 years into the game

:WAP:

If they're not #1 in these respective categories IFPI frauds

More likely than not on the albums chart tbh. Some Korean band sold 6m albums, many of which vinyls.

Granted, their labels buy their own albums to inflate their numbers, but ifpi don’t care about that:

They'll start revealing the Artists top 10 in about 3.5 hours from now.

As a throwback, this is every Top Global Artists since the charts inception 10 years ago…

Definitely Taylor for artist, since she bagged years when she was smaller than 2023. Same with Miley for singles. She also had the benefit of dropping the song right in January and it was consistently in every EOY. Songs that did better performed inconsistently around the world
