That’d make more sense on why Britney recorded the whole thing but girlie, it remains a Britney scrap

Britney didn't want to be on a flop song

if she was the only intended artist then why did britney record it?

So Nelly the person who wrote the song & sings on it is lying? Is that what you’re saying user Yonse.

What publicity would he get by simply telling the truth to a lie started by delusional fans user Yonse?

The song is getting 1,784 daily streams.   Congrats :clap3:

yet at the same time Britney released Outrageous a single a month before and it peaked at #79.

TYHB out peaked out-lasted and out legacy-ed at #58

its not about him. its about xtina not looking like she was given a scrap when her and britney were at the peak of a rivalry. clearly britney spears was sent this track to record, so SOMEONE considered her for the song. that doesn't mean they're going to say that in interviews though. welcome to the music industry

She was. She was literally second choice to record the duet with Nelly. Other wise Britney's full demo of it wouldn't exist

Jive didn't want her going that route even though they wanted her to release Outrageous as the lead.

so a song that had 0 promotion due to it's single release and music video being cancelled is outstreaming the song that charted higher, had a MV, and VMA performance? Oh wow :jonny5:
