I highly doubt it fell on streamings in one week because of TikTok because if people were checking for the song they would have just streamed it on Spotify/AM/YT. TikTok streams don’t even count right? FTCU & Everybody are radio fueled “hits” and only thing it took was a distraction for people to not pay attention anymore.  she should have released a video while the iron was hot. I mean she still can for at least FTCU.
