unfortunately it really is all politics behind these shows. Roc Nation needs to step it up for her because this is not what an artist with a viral hit of the summer should be doing at an Awards show. At the exact same time, it's also a good sign that she was invited to do this, so I guess in the meantime we should celebrate the small victories

Paramount owns both BET & MTV so hopefully they thank Tinashe saving them by stepping in last minute by giving her a VMAs Slot.
