I gave this another stream after everyone said the mix had been fixed... :biblio: Mimi is still LOUD as hell.

Her voice is louder than Ariana’s though in general ?

I'm thinking of suing Apple for that Dolby nonsense they tried to pull, who do I complain to? This updated version is 100 times better. Someone's always trying to do Mariah dirty, I'm tired.

I couldn't bring myself to listen to this a second time I was so disappointed :dies:

Thank god they fixed it. It is so much more listenable now. Properly saved now. Thank you Ari/team for fixing this because they could've easily just ignored and moved on

Why y'all lying saying that it's been fixed, It sounds the same :deadbanana:

The vocals are still ugly but yes it's been fixed mixing wise

Hmm not sure if i notice the difference in mixing, but after a few listens this isn't so bad actually

After a few listens I started feeling it :giraffe:

I also didn't hear a damn difference, though i did hear a difference on my second listen but that was because i got used to it

I’m ready to move on from whatever this was

It sounds better, they emancipated Mimi’s part, but she still doesn’t fit the song it was honestly much better without her

Chart folk, where is this likely to chart on the Hot 100?

Ps. Glad they corrected whatever had the girls doing THEE MOST. Leave my girls alone lol.

I read on twitter that it is heading for top 10, potentially top 5 with Mariah credited because of the single sales.

Plus apparently Z100, like biggest radio station in the US, have been playing the remix which is huge.

This is Demi X Christina levels of loud, messy and bad. At least give them a new song together. Slapping Mariah on this song vocally just makes it a wall of noise.

But Mariah is literally known for the layered vocals so maybe that is what they wanted to do ? Mariah is credited as a writer on the remix so it is clear she was fully involved.

She clearly approved it before release.

Some of you are doing way too much.

It's not even all that bad.
