Bieber, Ariana or Miley if they aren't going with a legacy act next year. It's about time that era of 90's born artists get the halftime. All three are over a decade in the industry, are household names and have plenty of hits. It's a no brainer to book one of them next year after they had a legacy act do it this year. 

 

I expect Taylor to do it at some point. Of course the NFL will want her to do it but she doesn't really need it right now at this time in her career.

I’m kind of surprised Pink has not been selected yet.  
 

Miley would do a solid job.  I think she lacks the magnitude of hits as some of the performers on the stage but she is a big enough star.  
 

When Billie releases what is effectively her 4th album this year, I think she would be in a good position to put on a good show.  Maybe not next year but I would put her name in the conversation.

 

Next year might be a good year to do a country halftime like the hip hop one they did a few years back and bring a bunch of major artists.  
 

Also Ariana Grande should be considered.
