However I think Beyonce's voice is too soulful for her to do pure country music and it hit the spot (or at least that's how I feel anyway). I hope the rest of the album is a little more experimental with adjacent genres like americana/bluegrass or even folk because if she could deliver an album like Yola's Stand For Myself or Walk Through Fire, she's got a 10/10 album on her hands and dare I say the AOTY would be very hard to deny her 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sans the outro there's nothing too innovative, it's as if she's singing a country song by somebody else, as a cover for something.
