I'm STUCk on YAYA. I keep coming back to it. It has my SOUL!

It should be the tour's opener!

It has my whole soul!

Spoiler

I'm actually really sad right now because I absolutely hate this?

And unlike most on here, I actually enjoy a lot of country music. If anything, the first few songs on the album which are "pure" country are the best.

I admit RENAISSANCE was a grower for me, but upon first listen it ranked like #3 for me, while COWBOY CARTER is competing with IASF for me right now…

I can tell from the first track that this will not be country-driven. It's more 60s/70s bluesy rock

Would really love to see Bey serve a Patsy Cline type moment on this album. She's such an essential female country artist imo and had a style I think could suit Bey very well for a song here (especially if she's going to be exploring a variety of country sounds).

Regardless I am absolutely perched for this album, she's going to chew :jonny:

SHE ACTUALLY DID THIS OH MY GOOOOOOOOD

This definitely feels like a celebration of southern music more than anything.

It's... okay? It's not as instant as Renaissance was imo. Kinda hard to take it all in after just one listen. I definitely think she could've trimmed the tracklist.
