Y’all really care about emissions so much don’t hop on any plane at all, but no y’all look like hypocritical clowns. You’re truly braindead (but I guess that comes with being a Swiftie) if you think these are even remotely comparable 10
brraap Posted February 6 Posted February 6 How many times is she gonna play the scared woman card We all have to live on this planet Taylor Swift. 1
Mordecai Posted February 6 Posted February 6 I hope those climate activist Swifties who complain about the rich also keep that same energy when it comes to their fave

State of Grace. Posted February 6 Posted February 6 Lmao this is crazy. It's literally public information. Sit down Ms Swift. 4
Infernal Paradise Posted February 6 Posted February 6 The letters included the names of three other Venable attorneys experienced in litigation, including one who says on LinkedIn that she is the founding member of the firm’s “Digital Crisis Planning & Response client solution” and helps “high-profile individuals” manage crises of varying magnitude, such as “celebrity disgrace events.” “While this may be a game to you, or an avenue that you hope will earn you wealth or fame, it is a life-or-death matter for our Client,” Morrone wrote. She added that there is “no legitimate interest in or public need for this information, other than to stalk, harass, and exert dominion and control.” The December letter from Swift’s attorney states that Sweeney’s actions are “in violation of several state laws” but does not specify them. The letter does, however, cite nine anonymous Instagram comments saying the account is “scary,” “pathetic,” “weird,” invasive” and “dangerous” “stalker behavior.” This is so unserious?? There's nothing more "scary, weird, and pathetic" and a blatant attempt to "exert dominion and control" than an overlitigious, megalomaniac billionaire threatening legal action against a student who's posting publicly available information (with 24 hour delay in compliance with platform rules) in an effort to silence them for exposing her enormous carbon footprint and ecoterrorist ways 2 1

campelo Posted February 6 Posted February 6 (edited) Sometimes I ask myself if her team or herself is that illiterate. This is public domain everybody in Brazil was tracking bey's jet, that's why they knew she was coming as a "surprise" Edited February 6 by campelo
PoisonedIvy Posted February 6 Posted February 6 Sheesh, there is a lot of rage in this thread. I hope yall are ok. This can’t be healthy. 1 2 7
Peak Now Posted February 6 Posted February 6 (edited) This is obviously not going anywhere and is bad PR. Whatever. That being said though, you can definitely "hold her accountable" without detailing exactly when and where her jets take off and touch down (which could, indeed, be used maliciously). "Taylor Swift emits a gazillion tonnes of CO2 each year" is eye-catching enough, no? Edit: yeah 24 hours delay seems reasonable Edited February 6 by AndThenTheCocaine 1
Saintlor Posted February 6 Posted February 6 (edited) I’m surprised she doesn’t hire other people’s private jets so that nobody can track her or give her backlash instead of using her own Edited February 6 by Saintlor
