Happylittlepunk Posted February 6 Posted February 6 (edited) Instead of commercial success I think xtina should focusing on deliver high-quality music. Promote her music like every other pop girl. Get some playlisting deals/ radio deals and really show the world you are back. Edited February 6 by Happylittlepunk 1 1
Mordecai Posted February 6 Posted February 6 I love Xtina but this is 2024, not 2014, a true comeback is beyond at this reach I think She should focus on making an album that'll be an instant modern classic, get her universal critical acclaim and let her sweep the Grammys 1

L0verb0y Posted February 6 Posted February 6 I believe it! - For the past couple of years I think she's been trying to rebrand as a performer, not just a singer, and bet she's gunning for a chance at a superbowl performance.

The bar is truly low.

Nashe Posted February 6 Posted February 6 I highly wish for this but I also highly doubt it. The gays would definitely stand behind her if she delivered a big pop vocal album again. Isn't she on RCA just like Britney? instead of forcing Britney to come back as she obviously doesn't want to, they should put their funding into one last attempt with Christina 1
starsailor Posted February 6 Posted February 6 If it was a decade ago, I would be beyond of excitement with every little fake information that these ”inseders” release on Twitter. But now, I think I’m little too old for the stan world lol But don’t get wrong. I do love Xtina for death since she’s my fave, and I do think she’s preparing something bigger than Liberation this time, which was an album that she could finally resume her musical career after Bionic-Lotus-The Voice trainwreck, and she only got better after that. Signed with Roc Nation, released AGUILERA (which is an amazing album, by the way), did a lot of gigs around the world and could reconect with lot of her fans, lost all the Xtra pounds and came back to her original and most powerful form and her new residency is fire. Also, there’s that documentary in production since I don’t know when that is probably coming with her new era. I mean, she is obviously not planning to release an album just for to release. She’s more focused than ever. But I will “wait and see” this time, and get excited when it’s finally time (when she decides to). 1

BionicWooHoo Posted February 6 Posted February 6 Quite honestly she has WAY too many yes men around her. She wants to succeed she needs to get fresh blood on her team and people who will push her creatively. Example: im like yes we get it Jeri and Monique slaughter are your family at this point but their choreo is stale AF. 1

No porny sex kitten routine, no over-glam, no wailing and melisma. Just a simple, classic sounding power anthem with her beautiful understated vocals front and center. (sadly I doubt she’ll ever take such advice) 1
