She's too manipulative and image conscious to purposely ignore Celine, she has too much good will. I don't say this often but it was probably an oversight. Still shitty though, she should acknowledge her even if it was a random person giving her an award let alone THEE Celine Dion. She probably doesn't tip waiters either.
