If a person does it all the time it could be a red flag.
 

Because if you are in a ltr and they don’t take care of themselves your life can become hell or destroy a relationship

I don’t understand people in this thread who are specifically against regular pop/soda. Artificial diet sodas are lowkey worse for you. I refuse to drink them. If I’m gonna drink unhealthy soda, I might as well drink the real thing.

Someone ordering a soda on a date is not indicative of their beverage consumption habits so I wouldn't be turned off. I would be turned off by someone who buys large quantity of soda for daily consumption though.
