family.guy123 Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Lose the “Together” and you have your answer. Enough with overhyping this Full House rip off 2
mons†er Posted February 1 Posted February 1 absolutely talk about talent with a message. Off Topic, but this song always makes me remember and think of my mentor who was also one of my best friends for 10 years. he passed away from HIV w/o telling me and he died the week of Thanksgiving in 2018. Our birthdays are 3 days apart in December. I’m really grateful to Janet for making this song b/c anytime it comes on, I automatically think of him and smile. 6
Stankonia Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Obvs! Love how the song starts off as a ballad and quickly transitions into a full bop like some of Donna's most iconic hits This is how you do a disco-inspired song with a modern and unique twist 2
suburbannature Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Overrated on atrl because it appeals to basic gays i said what i said Empty is the classic of that album 2

naval23 Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Imagine singing about a topic as difficult as grief and making it sound ethereal and so uplifting No one was doing it like her 5

spree Posted February 1 Posted February 1 its a classic, but there are about 10 more that are more iconic.
blown away Posted February 1 Posted February 1 It's her biggest single, but not her best imo. That would be I Get Lonely. But it's a beautiful song nevertheless. The lyrical content makes it special. 1
AxelFox Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Honestly yes. She's had many amazing hits throughout the years but this is her most timeless song in my opinion. I still get shivers every time I hear that intro.

allforyou Posted February 1 Posted February 1 It's her biggest hit so yes This is how you deliver a beautiful message while giving everyone a BOP. This will always be my favorite Janet single though, an absolute classic:
