psychodj Posted January 30 Posted January 30 (edited) He can feel however he feels. However, there’s no case here because 1. Meg wasn’t talking about his actual daughter 2. “Megan’s Law” is the name of a FEDERAL LAW. That’s what it’s called. When people talk about, they’ll call it “Megan’s Law”. If he doesn’t want it referenced, he should get her name removed from it and changed into something else. He’s also a racist MAGA republican. Take with that as you will. And not the “lying on yo dead mama” group trying to get morals/be outraged. Shut up. Edited January 30 by psychodj 1 1
Mellark Posted January 30 Posted January 30 This isn't a win for anyone, not even for Minaj Petty Mussolini supporters either. But Minaj Petty Mussolini supporters will find anything anti-Megan and run with it. He doesn't have a case, so it's not worth wasting money on lawyers anyway. 1
justin. Posted January 30 Posted January 30 He’s entitled to his opinion more than anyone else, but… there’s literally nothing he can do legally. I’m sure the saintly “dead mama” girls find this reprehensible though.
Velvet Night Posted January 30 Posted January 30 I honestly don’t think it’ll go anywhere nor do I think Megan meant any disrespect. I do understand that he is sensitive to this because it is named after his child and I can’t blame him.
Ghiles Posted January 30 Posted January 30 it's literally the name of a law anyone can make a reference to it if they want
dinorhino Posted January 30 Posted January 30 6 hours ago, Rotunda said: I think he has a right to be upset, and it’s obvious he would be. I probably wouldn’t want my daughter’s name referenced in a diss track. At the same time, I think it’s worth noting that his daughter is the namesake for the law, and there’s a difference between referencing the law and using his daughter herself as the punchline. His upset isn't very valid and you're saying two contradictory things. The namesake of the law uses her name but obviously HISS was referencing the law rather than the event and person that caused it. It's one thing to not be the biggest fan of it since I'm sure it's digging up old wounds but another to try and get litigious over it and for what? And also why be more upset at Megan for bringing it up rather than the person it was aimed at, who is a woman who willingly married a pdf and rapist and is a pdf sympathiser, the type of people who the law was made to protect from in the first place?
KatyPrismSpirit Posted January 30 Posted January 30 Sue her now.. imagine using the trauma a literal child endured as a "gotcha" moment.. yikes
WalkAway Posted January 30 Posted January 30 I wonder how they feel about Nicki saying "Megan's law" "you can hit Megan raw"
