Has the US been colonized? Thoughts on this?

A friend sent me this and I’m not sure how to respond. I’m a bit illiterate when it comes to politics. What are your thoughts on this?

This infographic was made by a raging antisemite and is not accurate. Hard to tell whether it was a nazi or someone on the left.

My thoughts are that it’s neo-Nazi propaganda meant to inflame virulent hatred of Jewish people.

Maybe hard for you.  It’s pretty easy for the rest of us.

He started talking to me about politics recently, and to be honest, I usually change subjects. He gets pretty passionate about things that go over my head because they’re not topics I generally talk about. I can’t control what other people are interested in talking about :rip:

Are you guys able to tell me what’s not accurate about it? I’m debating whether I should even reply to my friend because I don’t want to open a can of worms. I guess it would at least be good for me to be educated myself on what’s wrong with the infographic.

I’m gonna say you knew exactly what this pic means and if you’re not a nazi, you’re clearly a Nazi sympathizer

People like you are so quick to judge others before actually knowing what their intentions are. I have already stated openly in here that I am not very knowledgeable with politics which is why I posted this thread in the first place to get answers. I wasn’t even the person who initiated this topic. It was my friend. Is reading comprehension not your forte? So before you come at me, why don’t you put your offensive mouth away if you have nothing productive to contribute other than to walk in here with your hostility? Anybody ever teach you how to properly communicate when engaging with someone you don’t even know?

The very first thing that is wrong with it is that it shouldn’t matter if this many Jewish people are involved in our government - by insinuating that they compose an inordinate proportion of our elected officials’ cabinets, it’s basically just saying that too many Jewish people is a bad thing, and implying that they have a nefarious reason to be involved in government. This draws on common stereotypes and conspiracy theories about Jewish people secretly controlling the world via politics and money; it’s just pure anti-semitism. It gets worse as you look closer, though; the term “cryptojew” is used frequently, and in this particular context this is a term meant to assert that a person is Jewish, but hiding it for nefarious purposes. The claim that the US has been “colonized” by Jewish people is meant to make you feel like they don’t belong here and have wrongly taken your country from you; the claim it has been “couped” is similarly meant to show imply that they control the country and took power over it wrongly, over the authority of those who truly deserve it. The ultimate purpose of this document in asking “does this government represent you?” and making these claims is to try to influence people to believe that the current administration is full of Jewish people who allegedly do not have the best interest of the reader in mind, but instead are involved with government to empower Jewish people specifically and to serve their own interests. From its very foundations, this is a document that is trying to get people mad that Jewish people are present in government and trying to subtly/implicitly convince them that Jewish people are doing bad things.

Very... interesting how the creator called John Kerry "John Kerry Cohen", despite nobody IRL calling him that and the fact that the word "Cohen" doesn't even appear on his Wikipedia page. It's almost as if they're making stuff up to fit their narrative

*Posts a clearly Nazi made pic*

“omg you guys don’t be mean to me! It was my friend (who is clearly Nazi adjacent at the very least)! I’m innocent!”

Here’s a saying:

"If there's a Nazi at the table and 10 other people sitting there talking to him, then you got a table with 11 Nazis."

Reported. Seen this graphic a million times, textbook antisemite trash.

A 10 second google search reveals that Joe Biden's cabinet is quite diverse with a plurality of Catholics. I assume the pic is from 2021 (since many of the displayed people are not in the Cabinet anymore), at which time there were 5 Jewish people in the Cabinet, out of 26.

The US has been colonized by Europe centuries ago

Even if there are Jewish people in the government, what does that change? What's the point of this infographic?

Thanks for literally being the only civilized person who gave me an explanation versus attacking me for asking a sincere question. The host of rude people in here judging me for wanting to actually know the truth is a portrait of what’s wrong with the world. It’s also ridiculous how people here think they know me personally or my friend for that matter to be spewing venom. It really costs nothing to be kind. So thank YOU for being a respectful person!

Girl the nerve of calling us "uncivilized" when you posted that graphic. It's not just that it's not accurate. It's inciting. The Jewish star badges of different colors for different "levels" of Jewishness. It's giving Nuremberg Laws (Nazi Germany laws that prepared the Holocaust). The Jewish stars replacing the American flag, insinuating that Jewish cabinet members don't have Americas best interest in mind. "Colonized" and "couped". "Cryptojew" and "Jew tranvestite". The insinuation that cabinet members are compromised because they have "children married to Jew" or "Jewish staffers". Like there are 10 people in here explaining to you that you are posting antisemitic hate content, and you are playing the victim.
