Trent W Posted January 25 Posted January 25 AI needs to be regulated and controlled She should pioneer on this
spree Posted January 25 Posted January 25 Sooner or later AI is gonna be too massive and widespread. Can’t just sue 10,000 people a day.
SweetOreosOfHeaven Posted January 25 Posted January 25 (edited) I think it would be great if she did, especially because Ms. Swift never loses a battle, people should know by now not to mess with her. Hopefully it would set an example and bring awareness to these issues. It should be illegal to generate AI porn of non-consenting persons. Obviously it's still going to happen regardless, just as a lot of illegal things still happen, but that's not a reason to not make them illegal, so. Edited January 25 by SweetOreosOfHeaven

Goaty Posted January 25 Posted January 25 AI content like this is extremely gross and weird and I think just as poorly of those who consume it as I do of those who make it! If Taylor flexing her social and financial power is what it takes for this type of **** to get regulated then I’m all for it 2

45seconds Posted January 25 Posted January 25 Those AIs crossed from being being funny to kind of disgusting with those ones.
Jotham Posted January 25 Posted January 25 Regardless of whether this is true or not, explicit AI images of people are really creepy and should be illegal. I'm not surprised that some people in this thread are defending these images though since some of y'all posted really weird stuff in the AI thread.

MattieB Posted January 25 Posted January 25 This will just drive more people to create AI porn of hers, she should have ignored it, you can't fight the internet, ask Beyonce or Barbra Streisand

Vermillion Posted January 26 Posted January 26 I’m not sure how else to say this but especially given what happened to Jennifer Lawrence, etc. (I know, actual photos, I’m referring to the cultural angle) and the fact that this technology has been around a while and Taylor’s been a star at her current level a while I’m surprised this didn’t happen a while ago. Also I was under the impression these were made from numerous sources. I’m assuming that anyone that’d go through the trouble of doing something like this would find multiple ways to cover their tracks in this dissemination. So good luck on finding all the culprits, but maybe to take down just the biggest re: distribution is her team’s goal.

The Streisand effect is only relevant to reference for stars that aren’t relevant enough to not be a daily discussion on about a dozen other monocultural topics to begin with, globally. It’s simply not applicable here. 2003 real estate photo pre-social media when the internet practically just took off, albeit regarding an A-list star but whose career peaked 40 years prior, compared to the biggest star in the world in her third imperial era having survived two cultural backlashes and is still young. I mean, no. 3

Cheers Posted January 29 Posted January 29 If anyone can stop this perversion and deviancy, it's TAYLOR SWIFT. Happy she's doing this and setting a precedent!

I saw one today that was Biden and Trump hanging out. Looked incredible, actually. Very scary. Sooner or later AI is going to replace most famous people. Whole movies of familiar celebrities in AI form. Music eras by AI artists, whether new (or old). (Britney or Whitney, perhaps?) I bet 5 years from now AI is going to be unstoppable.
