Should Diane Warren being investigated?

Recommended Posts

Another year another nomination for a movie no one saw and a song no one listened to.

And another year She won't win.

Honestly they should investigate her and her contacts inside the sound- music branch in the Academy cause we are tired of this oscars fraud.

What a dumb take. Diane Warren produces very specific music that is eligible for a very specific award. There are plenty other creatives in Hollywood that are repeat nominees, look at Disney getting nominated for Best Animated Feature nearly every year (not this year though! :bibliahh:)

How many times she's been nominated?

Honestly, who cares? She does one song for a movie per year and she spends the rest of the year campaigning. If if it works it's not her fault.

Every year since 2014, except for 2015.

She just understands the formula of how to get a BOS nomination, and she won't stop until she wins

We already know the tea that she does influence a strategic group of voters that get her enough votes for a nomination. I know that tea has been posted here before, but I don't know how to use the search to find it lol

It's a kii to see someone so successful be a total desperate LOSER, year after year after year, but I don't like that she's taking the spot of other deserving artists. :giraffe:

If anything the Academy voting body should be investigated because she still has not ******* won. Her first nomination was in 1987 :rip:

That's what she was made for!

Diane has been a bit of a darling of the Oscars and whatnot throughout her career. But she hasn't really won all that many times. I don't know if an investigation is really warranted.

Theoretically, if she (or her team) were doing something illicit to get her nominated so much, wouldn't they try to get her to win? I mean, it would have happened by now if they were doing that.

I thought she was in prison already?

Never expected this song got nominated over other songs like Dance the Night

At this point she will continue to pursue that Oscar every year until that award show or her cease to exist.
