Olivia is the only artist they can currently challenge for this record (drivers license #1, vampire #1) but she's still five albums away from matching Ariana's record  There are no other artists in contention for this as it's a rear feat to debut top 10 with your first lead single in the first place.

The record is for top 10 debuts, not peaks. See You Again debuted #97 and 7 Things debuted at #85 so Miley was never in contention for this particular record. Honestly though if she wasn't under the shackles of Disney for her first few albums she probably would be in contention for this. IIRC radio wasn't immediately on board during the Disney days so this record would be a difficult feat w/o that support.

Midnight Sky did kill her streak of peaks in the top 10 for leads, but the current record holder for peaks is Mariah Carey.
