Kh-Loud Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Now take that loyalty check and get back in the studio ANNIE ******* CLARKKK! 2 1
Badgalbriel Posted January 20 Posted January 20 At this point this song will become one of the top 10 most streamed female songs ever To think that didn't release this as a lead single back in 2019 and released ME! instead 3
Badgalbriel Posted January 20 Posted January 20 I also think this will last until February/March, then it will slow down and then it will come back in full force during summer again 1

It would have been a solid hit and way bigger han anything she released back then, but her current imperial phase and The Eras Tour helped a lot. It's basically the theme song of the tour. So maybe its for the best that we had to sit through ME!th OT - Nothing. It's gonna be immortal. Not even winter is killing it and the song will get a boost when she goes back on tour and then again when summer starts. 3 1
enchanted0 Posted January 20 Posted January 20 And it’s still rising even in France and South Korea, her weakest markets in streaming wise it will end up one of the biggest streaming hits EVER. 1
KatyPrismSpirit Posted January 20 Posted January 20 I don’t think this song will slow down until it has like 3B-4B streams and im so serious… Every girl in my college class streams this song even during lectures And the eras tour is far from over. if it averages 4M for the next 350 or so days it will literally be at 3B easily by the end of the year. 1

It will just do less numbers in the USA but it will get compensated by european fans streaming it more bc of tour
Marco_g2 Posted January 20 Posted January 20 At this point its gonna stick around till summer and then go up again Really weird to me how its been so stable through the winter and xmas period 1

She just waited for it until she could tour again for this to happen but bc of corona plans changed. But she def always knew that the tour would make this song explode

She's a calculated mastermind but I doubt she deliberately refused to release it as a single in 2019 because she knew it would be one of her biggest hits ever years later dd

Sabrina Carpenter Posted January 20 Posted January 20 (edited) the way i never would have imagined this song would be this massive before 2022 Edited January 20 by Sabrina Carpenter
Blue Monday Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Probably nothing, even the people who don’t like her love this song; it’s great. I’ll never understand why it shares an album with ME! and YNTCD…

I’ve been saying this forever, like, if this was released in 2019 or 2020 it would be sitting at a cute streaming number by now due to longevity, but it wouldn’t have smashed even a quarter this hard back then This is a great case of everything perfectly aligning for a song. 51 minutes ago, enchanted0 said: And it’s still rising even in France and South Korea, her weakest markets in streaming wise it will end up one of the biggest streaming hits EVER. It’ll probably peak overall in Europe in the Spring/Summer There were some countries it went top 20 in but missed the top 10, I hope this gives it the push it needs in those markets (ie. Austria, Sweden, Germany)… and wtf are they doing not sending this to radio in Belgium? Would be an easy top 5 hit there. 1
Digitalism Posted January 20 Posted January 20 I'll just imagine this was a single from the get go and the real singles were CS, MAATHP and Lover So Miss Americana can go viral and stop CS
Støned Posted January 20 Posted January 20 It’s just a really great song. A few more weeks and Lover is gonna surpass 1989’s weeks in the top 10 thanks to this song.
