Yes and is a vibe, it can put you on a good mood actually. Stupid Love in the other hand could make you wonder what you're doing with your life while listening to it. And when you watch the video the existential crisis is worsened.

Neither is great but yes, and? is better. Stupid Love could be cuter with some tweaking, the verses and prechorus are actually fine but that squeaky chopped vocal noise being the centerpiece of the chorus kinda kills whatever build up there is and makes the song pretty unenjoyable. And then the video is just a complete misfire :deadbanana2:
