It's obviously chock-full of radio friendly bops but the highlights are so strong. Very much here for Demi working with Jason again 2 billion streams and still gets the most streams daily out of all of Demi's albums even though it was released pre-streaming days. By far Demi's most successful album. Give us another Heart Attack 4
LovaticSwiftie Posted January 19 Posted January 19 So here for this, Demi still is my favorite album from her and one of my all time favorites. Add great, big ballads like Lionheart to it and bring back disney pop Demi 1
KBax Posted January 19 Posted January 19 F*ck yes! Serve us the pop bops we’ve been waiting for Queen D! Wish it was more on the lines of TMYLM but I’ll take it!
thatsmydemi Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Don't get too excited, pop stans. She's with Jason and Sean Douglass, who worked on 29, Wasted and Come Together.

Plus, the other songwriter that were with them posted right after a story with Royal & the Serpente + Jason Evigan was with a Guy from Maneskin in the same day in studio

Maybe a radio friendly rock sound. Hopefully not punk. 1
Happylittlepunk Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Demi needs to stick to rock music or pop rock at least because nobody is checking for Demi doing pure pop music. I think there room for Demi being the pink or Kelly clarkson just general pop rock queen for the younger crowd. 1

XXI. Posted January 20 Posted January 20 (edited) I haven't really listened to much of Demi since Tell Me You Love Me. I'm just not a big fan of the rock sound. However, I think Confident and CFTS are two of her best songs, and blends that pop/rock sound perfectly. I hope she returns to that direction if not full pop like with Sorry Not Sorry. Edited January 20 by XXI. 1
BoDaToe Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Thank god she’s working with other producers. I was getting tired of Oaks cheap production. Hopefully she has a different mixing engineer too becuase the mixing on those rock records was absolute garbage.
