Nicki wishes she had a Planet Her-tier album in her discography. When most people think of music in 2010-2012 they think of Rihanna, Gaga, Katy, etc before they think of Nicki. Doja is one of the first names to come to mind when you think about music in the past few years.

Yes, Doja is more pop than Nicki but both are rap-pop. In fact, Hot Pink is also bigger than any Nicki album outside the US.

About even peaks. Pink Friday is only about 1.2m above Planet Her despite having 10 years over it. You could also argue Planet her since it has better chart runs on every single album chart WW including the billboard 200.

Planet Her: 8,850,000

Nicki was way way bigger in her peak

Not a fan of her, but she was insanely famous had lots of hits and album sales

 

Doja has hits, but she is not half as famous as Nicki was in her peak and Doja can’t sell albums or move album units

We’re talking about their peaks tho. No one has said Doja is the bigger name (tho she is already a bigger touring force than Nicki )
