Communion Posted February 24 Posted February 24 (edited) Fantasize has some highs. The "give this ***** to you 9 to 5, 5 to 9" line is the kind of amazing pop girl line of sex yet camp. But the middle 8 is where it falls apart and becomes not a pop song with the "I'd never do anything like that... I'm just too nice, I'm just too hot". She was obviously not going to release that as her own song. The music for Savan's movie clearly was meant to serve: Her actually coming through and salvaging True Story is cute since the film project is possibly canned, though kind of mourning Gloss as well: Edited February 24 by Communion 2
Relampago. Posted February 24 Posted February 24 I still love Fantasize tbh… it’s exactly what I want from Ari. Sexy, 00s R&B pop. It’s not her BEST ever, but it’s her best sound if that makes sense. She can do better than Fantasize but I wish she’d give us more of that sound

That’s why she didn’t release it when it first first viral and she won’t now. I’d be very surprised if it was in the album 1

She probably will shoot and a releas third mv, she already said ES will have more singles in plural so we’re getting at least a third single I think she could go to the VMAs since she always goes (2013, 14, 16, 18, 20), she only didn’t go while she was on tour (2015, 17, 19) and while she was auditioning for Wicked (2021) I think that maybeee she goes to the MET gala, I do see her doing some promo this time, but I don’t see her going to every single award show, like i said maybe just the VMAs and the MET gala if we’re lucky I don’t see a tour this year happening 1
