Maybe they are waiting on some equipment from the Mexico shows. Still, it doesn't look promising to see literally nobody working there

Those fields are not enjoyable. At the Argentina show I saw videos of old people standing up for hours.  Also parents holding up their kids so they could see.  It's doable, but actual seats in a stadium are much more enjoyable.  Had she done shows at River Plate Stadium, she easily could have done 3-5 soldout shows.  If I lived in Chile I'd be upset aswell, they paid for actual seats, and now they are stuck in a field.

True...but I mean...it's not like she has been touring a lot or invested on her tours that much  Spcially during her Pique years. 

 

And even her current album has like 5 or 6 hits even if they weren't released when the album was, including 2 Spanish songs that were top 10 hits even in the usa. If they were released alongside the album or not doesn't matter. They were still hits. That album also gave her a Grammy. When you have a career such as hers and then you get all these moments, that's enough to give you huge demand.

The people that matter know because they follow her on social media.  Anyone that in the past has shown interest in Shakira on social media has run into plenty of videos and info from the tour. Her target audience knows.  What a couple people tell you is anecdotal.  That being said, it would still be helpful to do promo for the US/European dates.

Probably not. They have more concerts in the area (Vegas, San Francisco, San Diego), unlike NY and Miami (other than Orlando)

The most frustrating part is that she probably didn't fire anybody and she will keep these inept people around her. 
 

Maybe she can book the Argentina stadium in the 2nd LatAm leg. As for Chile, I don't think she is coming back with this tour after this whole fiasco.

And the De La Rua family will probably sue her to get more money after the tour is all over anyway, because they're a slimy family. I get that she's bad with men, but I didn't think she would work with an ex that previously tried to sue her for $100 million.

That would be a total of 29 dates in the country, absouletely insane. Some of these seem weird as they are very close to Mexico City. Puebla and Queretaro are already very close as is. More than likely she will also add another date in Monterrey, for a total of 30 dates. What's crazy is that the prices for these new shows are ridiculously high. I was spot checking some of the Queretaro seats that are still available and they are going for 400+ USD and that's not even like super close. I am all for her to really take advantage of the demand, but those prices are crazy, wasn't she all for "affordable" tickets?

Toluca is not a concert city since it's so close to Mexico City but with this Shakiramania in the country i don't doubt she would sell out, I'd even buy a ticket for that show
