i've never ran into a toxic MPG fanbase TBH .. i mean sure there are going to be rude ones in every fanbases but not everyone is

I think people are voting Swifties because there are so many Swifties that of course there will be some mean ones. But Barbz are BY FAR more defensive and nasty when it comes to their fave. I mean, they display great pride in bullying Cardi and her fans, let alone anyone who notes Nicki's many allegiances to rapists and predators. Just go look at that Latto thread from today.

Lady Gaga had nasty bullies in the YouTube comment section back in 09-10 sending death threats.

Miley's Smilerz were nasty in 2013; it seemed that most Smilerz were former Monsters who went to the next controversial artist they could find. I remember when the Smilers were threatening to deport Selena Gomez back in 2015.
