I thought the bridge would tie everything together with a different melody but it did nothing for the song... 

Why is this a lead? Just because of the explicit lyrics? It doesn't justify for me.

I did not expect this sound from her at all. I feel like this single is more of an introduction to the sound of the album and less as a huge mega smash lead single.

 

I like it, interested to see what the following single will sound like!

i just can’t deal with u guys

u wanted a dance track,

u wanted her to work with max martin,

u wanted her to say something shady in the song

u wanted a 3 min song

she gave you everything and now u crying cause it’s not a 2 min long r&b song with zero shades and no max martin. some people here needs therapy immediately.

Literally came here to say the same, I can't explain why but it gives the same energy.

 

I refuse to believe that after all this time, and all the people she works with, this is the best song that they've chosen to lead with?
