Going #2 everywhere is also kind of iconic tbh

Not as iconic as going #1 everywhere.

The extended mix is what I wanted the extended version of Houdini to be like, I feel like it actually elevates the song.

The extended mix just surpassed the amount of #1s across the globe that the original had. Within 5 hours at that.

Is it just being received better because it is better or is it because the public didn’t know she dropped a single? :dies:

I’m screaming, since when did Arianators become so powerful on iTunes. :deadbanana4:

didn't they repeatedly spend a ton on unreleased songs to leak them?

I'm hoping she will not pull the digital signed bullshit :deadbanana2:

No one needed to buy the normal version. It was available on every streaming platform.

funny how she drops her itunes price to $0.69 - i remember back in the day when Mariah dropped "loverboy" to $0.99 and everyone said she was a flop.....

this song lacks any personality, it's not memorable or catchy....its tired and dated.

"yes and....no thanks"

Also Ari has always been a powerhouse on iTunes. I remember The Way and other early songs smashing iTunes. Even Baby I

no, 40 actually....PS, its 2024, the ageism isn't cute and you should get a warning point for that. if i made a similar comment that was racist/sexist etc i'd be getting called out left and right.

i'm 40 - i grew up on 90's house music - when music had melodies and catchy lyrics. this isn't that.

it's also self-indulgent - that whole "whoah is me" intro - acting like she's the most hated on pop star lmao. that's one hell of a stretch....and even if it were true. i wouldn't feel bad for her.

This sounds like a you issue not a issue with the song... the chart run already shows this.

the charts don't show talent - they show whats on trend. plenty of horrible songs were huge on the charts (macarena, barbie girl, etc etc)

i agree - if i came in here disrespecting someone's gender or race, mocking "they/them" "binary etc etc", the mods would be up in arms giving me warning points, but i guess ageism is allowed??

those are *iconic pop songs... so saying that i totally see why your acting that kind of way. Those pop songs made the 90s and you call them horrible.
