ChrisTheLoner Posted January 4 Posted January 4 (edited) Maybe the content they present to her will be amazing and convince her to give us B10 as one last hurrah.mp3 She wouldn't even need to perform, just release an amazing album (Blackout 2.0 hihi) Edited January 4 by ChrisTheLoner
Bubble Tea Posted January 4 Posted January 4 So a bunch of people are running around trying to make money off her once again? nothing's changed I see 4
SinnerCity Posted January 4 Posted January 4 It’s mind blowing to me how much people want Britney to return to music. Hopefully she does it if she truly wants to. 1 1

Jacobdaniel Posted January 4 Posted January 4 she should fire them. she said she's done with the industry and she meant it. let her live her life and be happy
Jeremiah Posted January 4 Posted January 4 (edited) Well done, idiots. She’s now really not coming back because she wanna do things her way and at her pace but they were working things already behind her back and planting stories to hype it up. I hope she gets mad mad and this inspires her to sue them for doing business with the cship people and making her work without her actual will. Edited January 4 by Jeremiah 1

FOCK Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Just now, Parallel said: Because she’s now in a better position to articulate her vision as an artist? But clearly Brit doesn’t want to make art right now which is fine, it’s her decision. I get where you’re coming from, and it would be great if that was how she wanted to express herself at this time, but she’s made it clear she doesn’t. She’s chosen to put out a book, dance, create new experiences etc. Tbh, it would be remiss for her to put out music now. If it were upbeat & fun, it would feel disingenuous and disconnected from her recent reality, & if it were self reflective, it would need to have her revisit and redocument a horrible period in her life, which she’s said she already found difficult to do with her book. It’s sad as a fan, but I’m at peace with never expecting or demanding anything else from her again. If she chooses to do it, that’s just a bonus. 5
Gelato Posted January 4 Posted January 4 they shouldn't pressure her. if she wants to make music again they should wait on her to approach them. she's been through so much that it feels so gross and unfair to prepare this behind her back and plan on ambushing her with it 1
Jack! Posted January 4 Posted January 4 I know her management team (outside of her father and co.) weren't the major aggressors of her issues, but it's wild that after everything she has been through publicly in the last few years they are still willing to turn her into a cash cow. As a fan, I'm not gonna lie and say I wouldn't be interested in new music from Britney, but it should only coming on the basis that she wants to release it and she has the power to make all the decisions in relation to the project. But the fact her team are essentially creating her own album for her, to present and persuade her to record is wild. 2 1

ImpressMeMuch Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Imagine how stupid they are to go and confirm that, fire them Brit

Honestly I get your perspective, but why does she keep a management team and a recording contract if she doesn't want to make music? The job of your management is to find you work because they need a purpose. The label has a budget allocated for her and it is in their best interest to convince her to record. Who wouldn't try to convince one of the biggest music stars to do music again? To me, her professional decisions are still at odds with what she's expressing. Edited January 4 by jadeabove
