Kayseri Mantisi Posted January 2 Posted January 2 Americans are so weird at things like this. How can you even make this connection? 16 minutes ago, EtherealCat said: arent they full of germs They literally get washed at 90°C for over 2 hours every week. Y'all's washing machines don't even have built in heaters and can't go over 40°C or something
Mordecai Posted January 2 Posted January 2 How are washcloths for poor people when the alternative he proposed is to just use your hand? 8
glitch Posted January 2 Posted January 2 I personally don't like washcloths and I have no issue using my hands. I really don't think one is more hygienic than the other, it's a cultural thing. This feels a bit like a microaggression I must say... 1
Dolce Vita Posted January 2 Posted January 2 imagine being at that big age and judging other people for exfoliating well
SapphireSky Posted January 2 Posted January 2 I couldn't wash myself just using my hands. I'd still feel dirty 1
Reginald Posted January 2 Posted January 2 There are people out here "washing" themselves with only their bare hands? 3
DAP Posted January 2 Posted January 2 Well maybe I should start being poor so I won’t be able to come across thirsty podcasters trying to bait for engagements out of desperation for money they’ll never see 1

Blue Jeans Posted January 2 Posted January 2 Washcloths are weird. Why would I wash myself with a towel? There are loofas for that. Get a natural loofah that does not have microplastics or PFAS >>>>> 1
satellites.™ Posted January 2 Posted January 2 Lmao, I could NOT even start my ******* day without TWO separate washclothes (one for my face / one for showering) like... EWWWW! Someone rims this man.
Laura Palmer Posted January 2 Posted January 2 I’d argue that using your hand is for poor people but hey!
Kamil24 Posted January 2 Posted January 2 I thought they were for rich people, my parents were too poor to buy these when we had hands that could be used for free.
ICLDXU4HS Posted January 2 Posted January 2 Washcloths are overrated but have a right to exist. I usually only use one when I wash my face at the sink. It's easier to get the soap off with a wet washcloth than using a puddle of water from your hands and then still having soap around the edges of your face. I don't use them in the shower, though. They don't make enough foam and have limited scrubbing abilities. 5 hours ago, glitch said: I personally don't like washcloths and I have no issue using my hands. Using your hands is the equivalent of putting toothpaste in your mouth and just squishing it around without using a toothbrush. I don't feel fully clean when I shower at someone else's place and don't have anything to scrub myself with.
