Why is Demi Lovato able to play sold out shows and not selena gomez ?

Despite the fact selena gomez was able to score hits in the recent years in some ways and having better stats on spotify and streaming platforms, Demi lovato is the only one that’s able to fill and play sold out shows like (rock in rio and the town with more than 100k each and played at the top of the mountain for 14k at a headlined show by her only and yesterday at las vegas) thoughts ? Do talent actually win at the end ?

Selena hasn't toured in 7 years. She probably could sell out shows if she wanted to.

Demi can actually sing and perform. Something this Selena girl can never do.

Because Demi is doing shows and the other currently isn't?

What sort of drag is this? Let's not pretend Selena wouldn't easily outsell Demi if she announced a tour. 💀

Selena hasn't toured during the huge resurgence of touring interest

I'm sure if she toured now it would do great

Selena clearly doesn't belong on stage/touring

Not because she can't sing because she clearly doesn't like it.

She looked miserable when she performed in award shows in recent years. I don't think she likes it

I don't think Selena has toured in years, and she's gotten bigger since then. I imagine she would do well if she hit the road.

Also, didn't Demi's last tour and album absolutely bomb? No shade - actually asking.

one isn’t a good performer lol.

Selena's AMA performance prob scared a lot of people away from seeing her live, thus scaring her management from investing in a new tour.

Her last tour isn’t even on Pollstar 2022 Year End-Chart hahaha it’s a complete bomb. What more could we expect from a THEATERS tour? :rip:

Because of Selena’s close connection to Zionism

Demi's superpower is her vocals, Selena's is her fading beauty... which doesn't really translate to  wanting to see her perform live.

What is this lie. Selena simply doesn't tour. But when she does, she earns much more than Demi.
