That's the most daesangs in a single year for a girl group (7), second only to BTS overall (11). They are the 3rd girl group with the most daesangs overall behind SNSD and Twice (~10). They also won nominations / prizes at international awards shows this year, Billboard Music Awards and Japan Record Awards. Kim Wan Sun back in 1991 won an award for Best Fashion in the industry and nothing for her actual music (this is a performance for Grand Bell Awards of that year).
