I believe she has it in her. Give me another AC BAWPS like Rolling in the Hits and God Has It - I'm tired of down/midtempo spam. Right there were no big moments on 30. Hoping whenever in the next 10 years she releases an album it’s more uptempo than 30 1
UnusualBoy Posted January 1 Posted January 1 Yeah, her streams are insane for someone who’s music is not that streaming friendly.
naval23 Posted January 1 Posted January 1 No one was touching her in her prime Imagine breaking 15+ year old records, selling 50M+ pure with just 2 albums Those 2 albums alone cemented her status as a legend - her songs will always stand the test of time and her songs are actually global
Støned Posted January 1 Posted January 1 I need an excellent Christmas album from her. That would be a good way to further cement her legacy, and would be a good transition to A6 (since 30 didn't live up to its hype and might lessen anticipation if she releases another studio album next)..

Flanders Posted January 1 Posted January 1 I have no idea if other people are like this but I have a theory that some artists are listened to more during winter and some more during summer. Adele for me is a “winter artist”, like I associate all her music with fall or winter and that’s when I’ll typically listen to her. Then there are other artists I’ll almost only play during summer. Is anyone else like this?

It doesnt hurt that it can be played in businesses as well. I know that one of the work playlists has some Adele in there and it goes towards Spotify streams. One time when I went to the dentist, they played nothing but Adele classics. lol.
