Chromatica being a flop without Ariana and Blackpinck. Cheek to cheek being a flop without that sr. ASIB being a flop without Bradley. LG7 being a flop with or without Will.i.am... Brave of a Britney stan to say this when the only success she's had in well over a decade is when she's manufacturing non-existent JT drama from 2002 for a book she didn't write or even read the audiobook for, hopping on a remix of Elton John's classics "Tiny Dancer", "The One" and "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" (the song flopped but I'm being generous), hopping on Rihanna's S&M remix, adding Kesha and Nicki to the remix of that one Dr Luke song.............and that's it. How's Bradley new movie doing? Edited December 31, 2023 by Jewel 1

Gottasadae Posted January 2 Posted January 2 This thread Anyway, True Blue sweetie, LAP sweetie, IC sweetie are one of the biggest cultural moments in pop music history Their impact alone Also, Gaga will never write and produce something deep and personal like Erotica album, periodt 3

spree Posted January 2 Posted January 2 (edited) not a Reddit poll being proof of something. also in the 90's up until '97 in her flop decade, she had: #1 This Used to Be My Playground (#1 Pop radio) #2 I'll Remember (#1 Pop radio) #8 Don't Cry For Me Argentina (#7 Pop radio) and let's not forget about Beautiful Stranger and American Pie in '99 in between Ray of Light and Music. And then Die Another Day in 2002. Edited January 2 by spree 2 1 2

The absurdity of accusing others of being "psych ward patients" when you are so obviously crying into your pillow about Gaga being a fad that you try to come back with a reddit comment (lmao) and a gif from 2018. Mess. Talk about screaming into the void. You stan someone who was relevant for a couple of years before she had to pull every tabloid stunt under the sun (her latest is a book with so many lies it belongs in the Fiction section, and did she address vehicluar child endangerment?) whose stans are well in their 40s. Awareness, meet self. 1 3

descg Posted January 2 Posted January 2 Can we agree that Gaga’s first 1̶5̶ 4 years were B̶i̶g̶g̶e̶r̶ similar than Madonna’s? Yes 3

In 2004, the Reinvention tour grossed $125m from 56 shows. The Monster Ball tour (at Gaga's peak) grossed $227 from 203 dates, therefore the calculations suggest the RIT would've grossed more than double TMB had she toured the same amount of dates. It's so funny how the RIT did all this after being sold on the back of a controversial "flop" album. The 10M selling Confessions album was right around the corner, and the tour grossed $194m from 60 shows. Gaga's BTW ball grossed $183m from 98 shows. This is before we get to Sticky and Sweet grossing almost 500m and being the most successful tour by a female artist (a record she held on to for 15 years). To add insult to unjury, 114m tuned in to watch a 54 year old Madonna doing cartwheels during her Super Bowl (which would've been a lot higher had she been desperate to claim views watched "across all platforms" / giphy views, ect. A decade later and Madonna has added four more tours to her list (which in total will come close to a billion). Not sure how the other can compete, but I suppose you always have acting and Oscars to bleat on about. Edited January 3 by GlamSlam 1

Lmao, okay let's check back in 20 years and compare what Madonna has achieved from 2004 til now to what Gaga will achieve from now til 2044. Success is temporary but talent lasts a lifetime.
GlamSlam Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Lmao. Gaga's music career went t!ts up years ago, all she has left is acting, so I don't know why her fans think she'll better what Madonna's done over the past 20 years.
