Madonna was built from steel and didn’t let circumstances or criticism affect her. Gaga became very sensitive to it in 2013 and compromised to try and please the GP. Even if she tried to make it seem otherwise, she cared more about how people viewed her than the artistry itself. She was young and only on her third album, already facing backlash that other artists like Madonna don’t face until later in their career, so it was bound to affect her. Her artistry and creative drive collapsed when the GP said no. Even when she tried to be more of a pop star with ARTPOP using sexual lyrics and EDM beats, it had the opposite affect because she already alienated a lot of the audience with Born This Way while Katy stayed appeasing to the GP

"Unhinged", you say whilst re-posting that ancient Ditadolla gif for the 10,000th time as if it represents what ALL Madonna fans think. It's not as if Monsters have ever said anything nasty about Madonna or engaged in 15 page circle-jerk threads over her recent "fall", is it?

 

Imagine being delusional enough to believe this "set up" thread (whether it was made by a Gaga fan or not) voids the hundreds of hateful anti Madonna threads created by actual liddos on ATRL.

 

I'm not saying we're innocent by any means, but Monsters have opened a handful of anti Madonna threads within the past few weeks alone. That 15 page thread is still going, and the other is almost 10 pages due to the pearl clutching and faux concern for fans over her being late for concerts they had no intention of attending.

 

Let's be real, none of you really cared about her fans waiting three hours for her to turn up on stage, the purpose of that thread was for Monsters to go in and vent because The Celebration tour had outgrossed and eclipsed your faves last tour, and yet, we're bitter over someone that hasn't enjoyed a fraction of the adoration and success Madonna has?

 

and please explain how Reddit (a place where Monsters congregate) proves she's more loved/talented than Madonna in the real world on a global scale?  How is that a true representation of what the GP thinks? Ticket gross and record sales are more than enough to measure which one is more loved, and the winner is obvious to anyone with a fully functioning brain-cell, but I can see why you avoided Gaga's stats considering hers don't exactly benefit your argument, but still....let's just use that one poxy thread on Reddit instead.
