I went to find any actual context instead of just some alt-righter posting it and saw that the person filming called this interaction a human rights violation so I don't really care if they get dragged  cause :rip:

A particular tweet using “LGBTQ pronoun warrior”? You aren’t helping yourself here…

I’m Sorry but that person is a warrior. The individual in this video stumbled, and corrected himself. You can’t expect every single person to instinctively use your pronouns especially when it’s not obvious and they have no idea who tf you are. This person was using their pronouns as a way to attempt to belittle someone trying to do their job, whilst filming them with a camera in their face, mentioning someone else’s misconduct as he was responsible for his colleague too just to what? Post it on the internet? This person wasn’t genuine about their pronouns they were just using them as an excuse to bully their server and it’s not cool, it’s not educating anyone, and it’s not winning over opinions. I don’t care what they’re calling themselves they pronoun is petty/bully.

The person filming did literally nothing wrong in the video and was calm throughout the whole thing. how exactly did he display entitled behavior? This whole video seems like a non issue for anti-LGBT right wingers to masturbate to online

How is this entitled? So if someone accidentally called you by the incorrect name, you’d whip out your phone, shove it in their face, and then sit on Twitter telling people you human rights are being violated. Whilst there are several concurrent wars and children drowning in the sea because their homes are being bombed and yet this individuals human rights have been violated.  If you genuinely believe this to be a deliberate human rights violation of malicious intent (and not someone stumbling over their words whilst trying to do a job and look after everyone not just this one person on a flight) then you’re part of the issue. Because that’s entitled. The man made an innocent mistake.

Not you literally making all of this up? Did we watch the same video? The guy filming said “you misgendered me” calmly, the employee responded by saying “it wasn’t intentional” and the person filming said “ok”

Not surprising that ATRLers would clap for and fawn over LGB organizations though

Idk kinda embarrassing from both parties :santa: I think a proper response would have been something along the lines of

"Ma'am, regardless of your identity, which we did not mean to be disrespectful towards, the perks you are claiming to have do not fall in-line with our TOS. Please leave the queue so we don't hold up our other passengers or you will be escorted away by security. Have a nice day".

Would have been a bigger own than saying unprofessional things like "if you wanna play that game". The bar seems to be in hell for Delta employees lmao

Apparently the person filming is a trans actress

her name is Tommy Dorfman

Nah, not when the video is being used by straight audiences to dunk of LGBTQ people, as perfectly evidenced by the tweet and the comments below it. That is what people are taking issue with.

They didn’t say it calmly, it was antagonistic. Apologies my preferred pronouns are. Not you misgendered me again, just to be told that it was the first time and then saying oh but your colleague. If you want people to treat you with respect and take you seriously filming them whilst they try and do their job is not the way forward.
