TrueBlood Posted December 28, 2023 Posted December 28, 2023 That album was Nicki at her peak, creativity wise. How can she be so clueless?
Symmetra Posted December 28, 2023 Posted December 28, 2023 She’s corrected herself guys. She said her pop songs were her strongest but her raps were the weakest of her albums and she’s right.
PMM Posted December 28, 2023 Posted December 28, 2023 This is not the best album but its definitely my favourite form her. You have hip hop and pop bops abd it's actually very cohesive. You can see that she tried to do do that with Pink Friday 2 I mean she open it up woth Roman Holiday. I am Your Leader and Beez in the trap are def my favourite. Sure the bars are not the best overall but hip hop side of this album is good. Then You have the same amount of pop bos - Whip it, Starship, Automatic I mean..... even pop girlies were shocked at that time. She didpop ballands - Young Forever, Marilyn Monroe. Her creativity at that time was unmatched. For her to say that RR has no soul is delisional
Destinationsky Posted December 28, 2023 Posted December 28, 2023 Imo this album came at the perfect time which made her known Worldwide, I loved it at first, but for me it hasnt aged well….Thank god for the re up which saved the rap songs on that album with Freedom, Up In Flames, Hell yeah, high school….
babycomeround Posted December 28, 2023 Posted December 28, 2023 Um, talking about an album having no soul, while releasing Pink Friday 2. That album is trend chasing, there's not an ounce of her identity on there sadly.
