SCOTUS hearing this would be outrageous considering he appointed three of the judges. I mean, them siding with 45 would be predictable and insanity. It's an obvious conflict of interest.

It would be the best choice for everybody. Trump becoming president again is such a massive liability to this country, it goes beyond his awful policies. 
The SCOTUS is prepared to end his candidacy, but probably not with this specific case. It would be great if they took him out now and not drag it out through the whole election cycle

Higher court will swiftly toss this ruling out to the garbage as they should. I don’t support him but barring him from a ballot in any state is just going to incite half the country.
