I haven't seen the entire show (just a few clips here and there on Twitter) but I was expecting her to focus much less on choreo and more on production/telling a story on stage this time? M obviously has nothing left to prove to anyone and her stage presence alone is better than many performers in their 20s/30s tbh

Did any of you even saw Celebration tour live? Madonna literally moves through the entire 2 hour show doing professional choreo and the reviews have been nothing but stellar lmao.

I have yet to see someone leaving this show saying "wow she truly is slow and tired. she should just retire". Only the bitter old gays on forums sitting at home commenting on low quality YT videos filmed with potato phones say that.

She looks clearly happy and enjoying herself while doing this. If there's one thing she doesn't seem to be doing this is because she's forced to. Why should she sit down and do a boring tour when she clearly can do this? She has done almost 30 shows in Europe and 5 shows in the USA in 2 months and 5 days and if anything, the shows are getting better. Doesn't seem like she's forcing herself to do this.

Madonna is a billionaire, and she is doing this tour to celebrate her 40th anniversary! If that's not a sufficient reason, I don't know what is.

 

I'm pretty sure her Doctors and insurance company would've advised her against touring if she wasn't up to it, but once again, ATRL think they know best.

Many thought this tour wouldn't go ahead to begin with, but now she's almost halfway through it, it's "Lets hope she can make it".

 

Not even sure why anyone would think this is her last tour anyway.

Even if you aren't a fan of her current performances, I find some of the genuinely mean-spirited and catty comments about her in this thread really weird, especially considering that people will likely be saying the same about your faves in the future while you will still be stanning them and y'all will be defending them and their performances to the hilt.
