No it doesn't. All of these "but think of the children" type people. Those same children grew up seeing footage of 9/11 and the War on Terror each and every day. I'm sure they could handle a mostly naked breast.

I believe at that point the only other woman who had even got close to visually revealing her lower private area to America in a pop culture space out-with the medium of ‘Playboy’ magazine or the porn industry was Marylin Monroe and that was almost 40 years prior, so it’s perhaps understandable that western culture did not know how to visually process being presented with a clitoris that blurred the lines between pop culture and porn.
