Billboard is petty. They pick and choose who to audit. What they did to Dua was clearly retaliatory because that same week she was posting support for Palestinians back when Levitating was only one point away from #1. They also clearly dont like Nicki Minaj for some reason. Yet they let TONS of other artists snatch #1s on the Hot 100 or Billboard 200 without double checking numbers at all. Really hate how they pick and choose things.

nickis chart obsession and fraudulent ways have been way too much. She started with queef. Accusing Travis of fraud when she used tour bundles for debut week and the tour NEVER happened. It’s just too much and she doesn’t even hide it or try to be discreet about it. Everyone wants to sell yeah, but her obsession with validation goes way beyond what others do. It’s just not organic at all. It probably wasn’t just cuz of the “proof” but all the things she’s been doing this past week with the 5 dollar version for new tracks and all that. Every release is the same **** I’m sure bb have noticed before this many times.

No, they do not. They just report the numbers given to them. When they change rules, they do not change them until AFTER the person who causes the change charts as a way to not penalize someone for something that was not yet a rule. What nicki is possibly referring to was a rule before her album dropped. She has to follow the rules. You can not break the rules and then whine that you are being held accountable for doing so.
