If that’s important to you, go ahead. As long as you are aware that there are MANY different ways to enjoy sex.

Nah people place way too much importance on this. Just be verse, use sex toys, get creative

Yes. Sexual compatibility is imperative. What am I gonna do with another top?

I believe in monogamy so inviting a bottom into the sex life isn’t going to work, and I’m only going to bottom maybe once every couple months.

Asking position preferences is usually one of the first questions I ask

I want to say it doesn’t matter but it kinda does

compatibility and sexual fulfilment are very linked

iPhone users are bottoms, Android users are tops, and Windows users are vers (which is a myth)

Yes it’s important. If he’s super hot or cute and then says he’s a fabulous frankie grande bottom. Then yeah, he’ll go from 10 to 2. What I’m gonna do? I want to be the girl and I need a MascTopMan.

It’s not important at all.

It wouldn’t matter to me but I see how it would be important for other people. I just think there’s a lot of ways to adapt and spice up the relationship if you’re both tops or bottoms :ducky:

It’s obviously important if you’re going to date for longer but I don’t want to know before the first date. It’s a turn-off to be asked about it on a dating app.

It doesn't matter to me no. I think on hookup apps like Grindr it's fine to ask, but on a more traditional dating app I don't really like talking about sex with someone I've just met. When it comes to that time we can talk about it.

I'm of the opinion that sex is just sex and if you're attracted to the other person you'll be able to figure it out. Anal is not the be all and end all of sex for gay men.

I think if two people are really into each other they can make it work.

When I was much younger dumb ass thought that too and ended up in a terrible relationship because of it.

I'm vers so I don't care as long as I like the guy.

I’ve seen way too many people break up or open their relationship because they didn’t have this conversation at the start. They thought they could manage, and then realize their sex life isn’t working.

Then no?

But if you're not fully vers, then yes, it matters.
