She's so inconsistent. Doesn't seem like she can sing unless she's sitting and her performances are all over the place, otherwise. Sometimes she looks like the next big pop star, other times she's a timid kitten who doesn't know how to improvise. I supposed she'll get better with time but her Billboard performance was fantastic but this was just tragic:

I don't get the whole undermining of this girl some haters are showing. She's incredibly talented and her material is straight up pop.
