🚨 Billboard named Olivia Rodrigo the 7th Greatest Pop Star of 2023 and talked about her blockbuster year. Per Billboard:

it wasn’t as big commercially but I actually think guts is a better album than sour. not straying too far from her debut but enough to demonstrate her development and exploration into her own sound. I hope OR3 really sees her switch it up so more
