Coming off of LTTISY underperforming, this is awesome. People saying these are good numbers for Tate.. be real. She’s had She’s All I Want To Be, 10:35, You Broke Me First & now Greedy. She’s not a true newbie or remotely indie or unknown. A ESV/Scarlett situation where it’s plain to see the public is bored by (at best) or sick of (at worst) the artist. In her case, unbearable, perhaps? Nobody’s streaming PF2 for SFG or RRDS, people just like Nicki

What female hip hop act is gonna sell Beyoncé of Taylor numbers for an entire album be real that makes no sense. The fact Nicki can go #1 at this stage is proof enough stop hating and congratulate black excellence achieving.

Take it up with Nicki Minaj stans who constantly put her on the same level of Beyonce and other pop girls. You cannot claim this for YEARS and then fall back on the "she is a rapper so you can not expect anything other than rap numbers". Nicki specifically chose the title PF2 for nostalgia reasons in hope they will help sell the album off the back of her debut. Did not work.

Tate also did well. She's still largely unknown, most her hype seems from bored gays that want to get hit threads, so her doing for than 10k actually bodes well.

She did triple the streaming numbers of her previous album's debut and none of the songs you've mentioned other than You Broke Me First were nearly as big as Greedy. It's a good increase and there's potential to grow. She's just arrived on the GP's radar, it's unrealistic to expect much larger numbers at this point

If mass buying of multiple editions of CDs is what makes nicki bigger than them then sure. It doesn't make PF2s sales any better 

And Nicki has an album that did 100k more than IOP and another one that did 2k less. Congrats on beating her 5th albums. 
just shows that she has a good sized fanbase. 170-190k is good for an album with no single and a botched physical release. Just shows that she’s here to stay.

Beyoncé Stan’s had an ENTIRE website back a few years ago and a separate column where they DRAGGED Nicki Minaj and used to use Azealia Banks as her main competitor. 
 

We can really pull the layers back if you like? I was on that website and y’all used to TROLL Nicki down. And I’m sure many of its members are parading around this website and others. But the website is not shut down because they couldn’t pay the bills  Karma
