base talk P!nk to gross $655-715M with Summer Carnival Tour in '23-24. How?

By the middle of November, P!nk has grossed $309M as per Billboard on her two separate, but pretty much identical tours (Summer Carnival in June-Oct and Trustfall Tour in Oct-Nov). With remaining and rescheduled Trustfall dates, aswell as a 20-date stadium leg in Australia, a 18-date second stadium leg in Europe and a freshly announced 16-date second stadium leg in the US+Canada all taking place in 2024, she is now expected to gross somewhere between $655-715M, besting her $397M Beautiful Trauma World Tour. (Basically her management taking away her record of the biggest female tour ever - until Taylor reports - with a renamig technicality.)

 

Meanwhile, none of this is reported and hyped in mainstream media unlike The Eras Tour or Renaissance World Tour. How is the "Just There" chanteuse doing it again, after 25+ years in the biz? Discuss.

It is impressive, but these are different tours… of course they won’t report, otherwise they need to review previous tours too, because it used to happen a lot for artists to have multiple tours in short timespans

Her reputation precedes her as a live performer, and has for honestly decades. Even when she flopped in the US, she could still sell out European and Australia in a heartbeat.

 

Shes a veteran now (20 years+) with fans that are likely older with disposable income too. That’s partially why most of the highest grossing tours from the 1990s to early 2010s were all classic rock acts.
