However, one would think that with her established fanbase and the tour film hype, the song should've had a bit more longevity

There is something very loser like about OBH. The desperation by trying to make a point with every thing she releases or does, microanalyzing every aspect of her career and her chart movements.. even the Beyhive doesn’t put this much energy into her. Yet they’re constantly being referred to as the ‘delusional’ fanbase. 
 

Oh to be an OBH and have so much passion and dedication to something. It must be so nice to have found a purpose for life, I wanna know what that feels like

It's just not that good or exciting. The sound and aesthetics are tired. The Renaissance era has been very long and it needs to come to an end or she needs to give us something fresh.
