I honestly doubt it, I feel like she doesn't have that drive she had in her early career days (I mean, we all lose our drive as we age so I'm not criticizing her for it). Plus, her team is kinda not as good as other MPGs, take for instance the Bloody Mary situation where they didn't even release a Sped Up version and lost over hundreds of millions of streams that didn't count towards the song's chart points/total sales.

Could have been a creative choice. Maybe she thinks sped up versions are tacky / ruin the og song and didn’t want it officially released. It forces streams on the original track as well

however… her team needs to be ON it. like incredible promo and no abandoning the era early. 2 singles before album release, and a promo single or two. and the second single shouldn’t be just one week before the album, that was lame with Rain on Me tbh

2nd single: June 2024, uptempo and instantly timeless à la TEoG

promo single: late June

2nd promo single: 5 days before release

album release: July 2024

3rd single: September 2024, heavily performed on awards shows and TV, power ballad!

It would be great as she really is a talent, but let’s not get our hopes up. She abandoned Chromatica after teasing us with a visual type of album , and didn’t milk Bloody Mary enough. Now it’s coming up to 4 years and no new album.

But how often does 3 re-peaks happen? Gaga had a massive peak during the late 00's/early 10's, and then a second one during the late 10's. I guess it's possible for a third, but it's a lot harder than it used to be for "older" artists to achieve that these days.
