i would have paid good money to see them with heidi , not with 1.0 Lineup

I’m not a fan of the crown product but I do wonder if her absence influenced many in the same way as it did you.

Didn't the Sugababes do theatres and only one arena date? I didn't realise Girls Aloud were so much more popular than them :chick2:

Yes they are much bigger

If your a fan of them and never got to see them in tour ofc people will pay that.

Well, then they are being scammed :coffee: They are basically paying £200+ for glorified karaoke. They are great studio act, but absolutely trash in a live setting... Only Nadine can sing and only Cheryl dance. The remaining two are just 'there' and there's no Sarah to shout over the rest either this time...

I will stick to listen to their music lol

Don't know why people in here are acting as if Sugababes in 2023 are bigger than Girls Aloud :rip:

of course I would pay that amount of money if only I lived in the UK :cries:

lol they literally said only one arena and it wasn’t even sold out. Legends aloud outsold. Doubt one member would change that much.

that could be applied here since Sarah is gone and they’re still selling this much :jonnycat:

sadly ill Never see them since my dream was crushed with those 2000 round trip flights from the us.

Sugababes in 2023 consist of a QAnon spreader, a bully, and an unknown. Can’t even sell out one arena date. Tried to release a “lead” single about 3 times and they’ve all failed. Album didn’t even chart. It’s over. Leave them in the past.

Legends Aloud in 2023 consist of 4 iconic ladies who have sold out an extensive arena tour within days. And of course Sarah who will always be a part of Girls Aloud.

end of discussion.

Queens :clap3: Non-Brit's tend to really underestimate how iconic they are in the UK, especially to the generation now in their 20's and 30's

People really paying £200+ for GIRLS ALOUD tickets???!!!... Damn...

I went to the Out of Control tour back in the day and wanted to ask for my money back! They are basically a Live at Butlins-type of act with a bit more budget. It isn't worth it girlies

£200 tickets are like VIP the most expensive tickets, standard tickets start at £59.

They have 2 #1 albums, 7 albums that are at least platinum, and 20 consecutive top 10 singles including 4 #1’s (21 top 10’s in total) :rip:

They’re hardly forgotten based on their stats alone.

You can have all these stats and more and still be forgotten. And they are among the GP if we’re being honest but glad to see they still have strong fandom support

If they can sell out this extensive arena tour with just fandom support, I would hate to think of their power if they had the GP on their side. :rip: what kind of logic.

Uhm there’s many older groups that can successfully tour yet don’t actually have GP support & that’s completely fine. If they were to drop a song today it wouldn’t make any waves, it just shows that they’ve sustained a fanbase that still cares for them.

yes, £59 tickets for the back of the venue tickets...

No way hun. I paid like £25 back in the day for the Out of Control tour and it was already too much for the level of 'talent' on display

Girl, you hate them and you are fuming at their success. We get it, we get it.

the UK's most consistent GG of all time :clap3:

They've always been an incredible touring force. If you go back and look at the Out of Control tour, it was 32 dates with at least 3 or 4 nights in all of the UK's biggest cities.

You have the complete wrong end of the stick here. What sets Girls Aloud apart from pretty much every other British girl group except the Spice Girls is that everyone knows them and their hits, whether they're young or old.
